A rating message members answer with one tap. Eight days after somebody joins, a reminder points them back at it, so the sample grows without you chasing anybody. /ratings gives the average, the spread, and a net promoter score.
A year of history
Join and leave records held 365 days instead of 180, so the monthly retention view runs twelve bars and you can tell a slow month from an actual problem.
Export what you have
The raw numbers as CSV: joins and leaves, every rating with its date, the full moderation case list. Your data going into your spreadsheet, and the only way to keep it after the bot leaves.
