Getting people to join is only half the job. Newt tracks how many members from each joining group are still around after 1, 7, 14 and 30 days. It also checks your server against Discord's Discovery requirements, so you can see what needs work.

Ask your members how things are going
About a week after someone joins, Newt sends one reminder in your ratings channel. They tap 1 to 10. Staff get the results. That's it. The reminder gives quieter members a reason to come back before they disappear.

Moderation without the mess
Bans, kicks, timeouts and warnings get their own case number. There are nine automod filters, all off by default. Each message gets one punishment, not a pile of them. You can also set a minimum account age to keep new raid accounts out before they can start typing.

- Is Newt free?
- Yes. Moderation, automod, tickets, logging, welcome cards, roles, giveaways and the rest are free on every server, with nothing that expires. Premium adds the rating survey, a year of stats, exports and higher limits.
- How do I add Newt to my server?
- Press Add to Discord, pick your server and accept the permissions. You need Manage Server on that server. Nothing runs until you switch it on.
- Do I have to use commands?
- No. Almost everything can be set up on the web dashboard, and the slash commands are there if you prefer them.
- Does Newt read or store our messages?
- Only for the logs, and only if you switch message logging on. Each message is then kept for 24 hours, or 30 days on Premium, so a deleted one can be shown. It is encrypted with AES-256 and erased after that.
- What can Newt do?
- Tickets, moderation with case logs, automod, welcome and goodbye messages with picture cards, reaction roles and role buttons, autorole, giveaways, birthdays, server logs, member count channels, custom commands, and member retention stats.
