What if the winner left the server?

Winners have to still be in the server when it ends, so somebody who left can't win.

Start a giveaway with a prize and how long it runs. Members press Enter, and when time's up Newt draws the winners at random and pings them.

Start them with a command or from the dashboard's Giveaways tab.
