A free Discord ticket bot
Put a panel of buttons in a channel. When somebody clicks one, Newt opens a private channel that only they, your support team and the bot can see.
Staff claim tickets, add people, and close them. When a ticket is deleted, the whole conversation is saved as a transcript first.
What it does
- Several buttons on one panel, each with its own question and category
- Claim, add and remove people, rename and close from inside the ticket
- HTML transcripts that read like the Discord channel itself
- A log of every open, claim, close and delete
- Built on the web dashboard, or with slash commands
How to set it up
On the dashboard, open your server, go to Tickets and create a panel: pick the channel it gets posted in, the category new ticket channels go under, and the roles that handle them. Add a button and save, and the panel appears within a few seconds.
From Discord,
/ticketpanel createmakes the panel and/ticketpanel addoptionputs a button on it.Set a transcript channel with
/ticket settingsor on the dashboard. Without one, deleting a ticket deletes the conversation with it.The bot needs the Manage Channels permission to create and remove the ticket channels.

Questions
- Is the ticket bot free?
- Yes. Tickets, transcripts and the log are free. A free server can have 5 ticket panels, and Premium raises that to 15.
- What permissions does it need?
- Manage Channels, so it can create and remove the ticket channels. Pick a category for new tickets and it keeps them tidy under it.
- Can one person open lots of tickets?
- No. One open ticket per person is the default, and you can raise it to five.
