NewtA Discord birthday bot
Members tell the bot their birthday with /birthday set. On the day, Newt celebrates everyone whose birthday it is in the channel you pick.
Giving a year is optional. If somebody gives one, the announcement says their age.

How to set it up
On the dashboard, under Birthdays, pick the channel birthday announcements go to. No channel means nothing is announced.
Members run
/birthday setwith a day and a month. The year is optional: give it and the announcement says the age ("Happy 22nd birthday!").
